We are into the business of real estate development with a track record of excellent delivery with our numerous clients over the years.

Our location is AMAC (developed by ACO)) estate on the airport axis of the city, sharing the neighbourhood with kuje and lugbe. Due to the accessibility of this location, it has attracted numerous Housing developers, Mortgage banks and Commercial banks. With the large inflow of commercial and business activities expected at the proposed Golf course, the Airport , Stadium and other government buildings in this axis, all residential investments will definitely appreciate at a faster pace making this axis a fast developing corridor in Africa. Few of the existing estates are Aso Savings and Loans Estate, NASS Housing Estate, Immigration Estate, Civil Defence, Foreign Affairs and many other private developers.

We are open to flexible payment options that suit your cash flow over 12 months with a minimum of 30% initial deposit. Payments can be made:

  • Bi monthly
  • Or quarterly.

A full payment attracts a discount of 10% on the Land Premium and a 50% initial deposit attracts a 5% discount on the Land Premium.
