Peak Park is located less than a minute and a kilometer drive off lekki epe expressway, it is 15mins drive from VGC and shares the neighbourhood with a lot of other existing estates like Abijo GRA, Crown estate, Mayfair gardens, Fara park and many more.

Peak Park is being layed out to accommodate over 100 plots with green and recreation areas within the estate. We have designed the estate to good standard and our dream is to achieve a cozy (small, organized and beautiful) estate in lekki, with good infrastructures (interlocks and paving stones for roads and walkway, CCTV camera and gate house for security, perimeter fencing and lots more).

Our estate is presently the cheapest in this environment for now and our price will definitely be reviewed upwards as we put more infrastructures in place.

We will be giving all our clients Allocation letter, Deed of assignment, Estate covenant, a copy of our Global Governor’s consent and a registered survey (showing the size, shape and area of the land for each occupant) duly signed with red copies with Lagos state government.

We have designed a flexible payment structure for all our clients, 30% down payment and spread the rest over 12-18 months interest free.

The plot sizes are 400, 500 and 600sqm respectively.
