RE-BRANDING AND RE-STRUCTURING
We deemed it fit to embark on a re-branding process covering change in logo. All our marketing media and materials are also been re-designed in relation to content. Materials such as stickers, flyers, roll up banners and brochures are also been printed. We are doing all these to reinforce our marketing and sales thrust. We believe increase in sales would draw more developments in our Estate and consequently increase in the value of your property in the Estate. Our correspondence and website would soon bear our new logo.
As part of re-structuring, we recently carried out a reshuffling of our management team. We would like to bring to your notice the appointment of a Chief Operating Officer. The Chief Operating officer is Mr. Alimi Idris. He holds a bachelors degree in Physics and Electronics and has working experience in information technology, Project and Procurement Management. He has attended trainings that cut across the construction and information technology industries ranging from entrepreneurship, Project Management, Oracle, Networking, Business Strategy and Marketing, Leadership and Negotiation. He also serves on the board of Cuserve Solutions. We believe his appointment on the board would also come handy in our resolve to be better positioned to serve you.

We would be embarking on the construction of investment building and Shopping malls in the class of the Palms, Eleganza, Mega Plaza, Silver bird galleria, golf courses and the likes across the states and major cities in the country where feasibility studies has shown  sales propensity. We would be updating you in relation to this as we make progress, should you be interested in partnering with us.
