ENGR. OYELEKE AJIBOYE(MD,CEO)
Mr Oyeleke Ajiboye, is a professional in Real Estate Development and Project Management with several years of experience in the industry. He holds a B.sc (Hons) degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from the University of Lagos, a Masters in Project Management from the Project Management College, UK, and M.sc in Construction and Property Management from Napier Edinburgh University,(UK).

He has other professional certifications in Microsoft (MCSE) and Oracle (OCP), he is also a member of the Association for Project Management (APM), Institute of Facilities Management(USA) and Institute of Engineering Technology(IET) UK.

He currently serves as a Director on the Board of Efficacy Homes Ltd, Efficacy Engineering and Ideal Concepts Ltd

MS TAIWO ABIMBOLA (HEAD, BUSSINESS DEPARTMENT )
She holds a B.sc in Occupational Therapy from the Townson University, Baltimore, Maryland USA, she also holds a Diploma in Cooperative Management. She currently serves as a Director on the Board of Efficacy Homes Limited, and Ideal Concepts Limited.

MS ABOLANLE ORELAJA(HEAD, ESTATE DEPARTMENT)
She is an Associate Member of the Charterd Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), and also an AssociateMember, Nigeria Institute of Estate Suveyors and Valuers (NIESV). She holds a B.sc (Hons) in Estate Management from the University of Lagos, and also an M.sc in Estate Management. She currently serves as a Director on the Board of Efficacy Homes Limited and Flourish Shelters & Co.

AYO OLUBO (COMPANY SECRETARY/LEGAL ADVISER)
He holds a LL.B(HONS) degree in Law from the University of Ibadan and became a Barrister at Law (BL) from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos State. He has over 15 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry. He is currently a Managing Partner in Ayo Olubo & Co.

MR TOBI ABIMBOLA (INTERNAL AUDITOR/ACCOUNTANT )
Mr Abimbola holds a B.sc in Accounting from Lagos State University; he is an Associate Member of ICAN, and also an Oracle Certified Professional (OCP).

ARC DAVID ADEBOSUN (PROJECT MANAGER )
He is a Member of the Nigeria Institute of Architects (NIA), he holds an M.sc degree in Architecture from University of Lagos, he ia a Certified Project Management Professional. He has over 10 year’s relevant experience in the Estate Development and Building Construction Industry; he serves as a Director in Adept Projects Solutions.
