ENGR. OYELEKE AJIBOYE (MD / CEO)
Mr Oyeleke Ajiboye, is a professional in Real Estate Development and Project Management with several years of experience in the industry. He holds a B.sc (Hons) degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from the University of Lagos, a Masters in Project Management from the Project Management College, UK, Scotland and MBA from Lincoln University, Oakland, California, USA.

He has other professional certifications in Microsoft (MCSE) and Oracle (OCP), he is also a member of the Association for Project Management (APM), International Facilities Management Association and Institute of Engineering Technology (IET) UK. He currently serves as a Director on the Board of Efficacy Homes Ltd, Efficacy Engineering and LERON Concepts Ltd

ALIMI ENOCH IDRIS (CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER)
He holds a bachelors degree in Physics and Electronics and has working experience in information technology, Project and Procurement Management. He has attended trainings that cut across the construction and information technology industries ranging from entrepreneurship, Project Management, Oracle, Networking, Business Strategy and Marketing, Leadership and Negotiation. He also serves on the board of Cuserve Solutions.

AYO OLUBO (COMPANY SECRETARY/LEGAL ADVISER)
He holds a LL.B (HONS) degree in Law from the University of Ibadan and became a Barrister at Law (BL) from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos State. He has over 17 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry. He is currently a Managing Partner in Ayo Olubo & Co.

OBALEYE OLUDARE JOSEPH (PROJECT ARCHITECT)
A highly skilled, versatile and creative architect with over nine years experience in the Design and Construction industry.

He holds a Masters Certificate in Architecture from the University of Jos and has professional affiliations with Nigerian institute of architects, International Facility Management Association, USA, Project Management College, UK and a Basic Leadership Certificate from DayStar Leadership Acedemy, Lagos. Currently serves on the board of D’rezcon Limited, and Amps Global Projects Limited.

Other work experience includes Project and facility management officer with Intercontinental Bank Plc, Gilda Limited and Aina & Associates Design Limited, Jim Paul Industries Nigeria Limited, Lagos.

OKECHUKWU OGECHUKWU (ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER)
Miss. Okechukwu Ogechukwu holds a B.Sc. degree in Public Administration from Babcock University. She is a trained oracle 10g database manager and also has attended the Nigeria Institute of Information Technology. She has had working experience in customer service at organizations such as Union bank, Union homes, etcetera.
