• The quality of services, considering tenants requirements, as well as efficiency and life expectancy.
• The proposed investment compared with adjoining or comparative buildings.
• The presence of hazardous materials, the risks, implications of removal and likely costs.
• Site zoning and whether further development is possible.
• Level of maintenance of the building fabric and its services, how this has been treated in the past and future requirements.
• Compliance with current building codes and requirement.
• Provide cost implications in the short, medium and long term for repairs, upgrading and refurbishmen
